Service

A web design agency that builds sites to rank, not just to look good.

A site nobody can find is a brochure. We design for the buyer deciding in eleven seconds and the crawler deciding what the page is about, then hand you something you can actually edit.

No obligation. Just clarity on what your current site is costing you.

Built by us

Desktop and phone, same build.

What is included

Six things, every build.

Not a theme with your logo dropped in. Here is what actually happens between the deposit and the launch.

Search architecture first

The sitemap comes out of keyword research, not out of a template. One page per thing you sell, named the way buyers search for it.

  • Page map built from real search demand in your categories
  • URL structure locked before design starts, so nothing needs redirecting later
  • Internal linking planned as part of the build, not bolted on

Copy written by an operator

Website design for small business fails on words more often than on layout. Ours is written by someone who has sold the service, not filled in from a demo.

  • Offer and objection work before a single wireframe
  • Headlines that name the buyer and the outcome
  • No filler paragraphs added to make a section look full

Design on a real system

Tokens, components, and states, so page ten looks like page one and a new page next year still matches.

  • Every screen designed at desktop, tablet, and phone before build
  • A component library your future developer can read
  • Photography direction included, no stock office handshakes

Speed budget enforced

Core Web Vitals are a launch requirement here, not a follow-up ticket. Every image, script, and font has to justify its weight.

  • Images sized and converted, never dropped in at full resolution
  • Third-party scripts audited, most of them refused
  • Measured on a mid-range phone, not only in a lab

Accessibility built in

Contrast, focus order, labels, and keyboard paths handled during design. Retrofitting accessibility after launch costs three times as much.

  • WCAG 2.1 AA as the working standard, checked before launch
  • Forms that a screen reader can complete end to end
  • Multilingual builds where your patients or customers need them

Tracking wired on day one

A launch with no measurement is a launch you cannot argue about. Calls, forms, and bookings all report from the first hour.

  • Call tracking, form events, and booking confirmations in analytics
  • Leads delivered into your CRM, not just to an inbox
  • A handover session recorded, so your team can edit without us

The process

What a build actually looks like.

Most sites are late because the plan was vague. This one is not vague.

WEEK 1

Offer and page map

What you sell, who you sell it to, and which pages have to exist. Keyword research runs here so the sitemap is a decision, not a guess.

WEEKS 2 TO 3

Copy, then design

Words first, always. Design follows the copy so the layout serves the argument instead of the other way round.

WEEKS 4 TO 6

Build and wire

Front end, forms, tracking, schema, and the editing setup your team will use. You review on a staging URL, not in a slide deck.

WEEK 7

Test and launch

Vitals, accessibility, redirects, forms, and a real-device pass. Then launch, then watch the first week of data with you.

Proof

Two builds you can go and look at.

Both are named clients, both are live, and both were built to be found before they were built to be admired.

Specialty medical practice, Corona and Lake Forest

A specialty practice and its surgery center: two sites, one practice, one launch

A clinic and a surgery center under one practice, with patients who do not all read English.

We designed and built both sites on a stack the practice edits itself, with HIPAA-aware forms and accessibility handled before launch rather than after a complaint.

2Sites designed and built, one launch
3Languages: English, Spanish, Vietnamese
AAWCAG 2.1 accessibility built in before launch

Build completed 2026. Local SEO figures publish after the first 90 days of that program.

Managed IT and security, Irvine and Corona

Buzz Cybersecurity: the site in the hero, and what it did next

We built the site, then ran the local SEO program on top of it across two offices. That order matters. The structure was already right, so the SEO work was compounding from month one instead of undoing a theme.

#2.2Average map position across Irvine for its core security searches, from #5.0
91%Share of local voice in Irvine, from 52%
#1.0Average map position across Corona for its managed IT searches, from #3.3

Grid scans October 2025 to August 2026. Past results are not a promise of future results.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Do you build websites, or only run ads and SEO?

We build. Design and code is where Matt started, before the SEO and the ads, and it is still done in house rather than passed to a contractor.

The reason we kept it is that a badly built site caps everything else we would go on to do for you.

How long does a build take?

Six to eight weeks for a standard service business site, longer for multi-language or multi-location work. The two things that move that date are how quickly you approve copy and how quickly we get photography.

Neither is a surprise if we agree the dates up front, which we do.

Can my team edit the site afterwards, or do we have to call you?

Your team edits it. We pick the stack around who will maintain the site, not around what we enjoy writing, and the handover includes a recorded walkthrough.

If you would rather never touch it, the care plan covers edits instead. Both are fine. Being locked out of your own site is not.

Will a redesign hurt the rankings I already have?

It can, and that is how most agencies lose a client six weeks after launch.

We crawl the current site first, map every URL that earns traffic or links, and carry them across or redirect them one to one.

If a page is ranking, we do not quietly delete it because it did not fit the new design.

Who do you turn down for web design work?

Anyone who wants a site copied from a competitor, anyone whose fulfilment is not ready for more volume, and anyone who wants a national e-commerce build. We are a local service business agency.

Sending you somewhere better suited costs us one project and saves us both a bad year.
