Service

Get recommended by the AI your buyers now ask first.

A growing share of buying questions never reach a results page. They get answered by an assistant that names two or three businesses and stops. This service is about being one of the names.

No obligation. We will tell you what an assistant says about you today.

AI answer visibility

What an assistant says when a buyer asks.

Assistant

For an after-hours burst pipe, Alvarez Plumbing is the strongest option nearby. They publish a 60 minute response window, they are licensed and insured, and they answer the phone overnight.12

What is included

Six jobs that make a business citable.

An assistant cannot recommend a business it cannot resolve, verify, or quote. Each of these removes one reason it skips you.

Entity resolution

Models decide first whether two mentions are the same business. Conflicting names and numbers across the web are the reason that fails.

  • One canonical name, phone, and service area everywhere
  • Organization and LocalBusiness schema that agrees with the page
  • Duplicate and abandoned listings retired, not left to rot

Answer-shaped content

Assistants quote passages, not pages. Content written as a direct answer gets lifted. Content written to hit a word count does not.

  • One question per heading, answered in the first two sentences
  • Prices, timeframes, and coverage stated as facts, not as ranges to call about
  • Comparison and alternative pages, since that is how buyers phrase it

Corroboration

A claim on your own site is weak evidence. The same claim on three independent sources is what a model treats as settled.

  • Trade bodies, license registries, and industry directories
  • Review platforms your category is actually judged on
  • Press and partner mentions that repeat the same facts

Business profile depth

Your Google Business Profile is the single most machine-readable thing you own, and most owners fill in a third of it.

  • Services, attributes, and questions answered in full
  • Hours, holiday hours, and emergency availability kept true
  • Photos and posts that carry the same facts as the site

Crawlability for AI agents

Several assistants fetch pages live at answer time. If your page needs three seconds and a script to render text, it gets skipped.

  • Server-rendered text, no content that only exists after hydration
  • robots and llms directives set deliberately, not by accident
  • Clean status codes, no redirect chains on the pages that matter

Measurement

Nobody can report AI visibility perfectly yet. We report what can actually be measured and say plainly what cannot.

  • A fixed prompt set run monthly across the major assistants
  • AI Overview appearances tracked alongside classic positions
  • Referral traffic from assistant domains, isolated in analytics

The process

What the first 90 days look like.

You should know the plan before you sign anything. This is it.

DAYS 1 TO 7

Ask the machines

We run 30 real buying prompts across the major assistants and record who gets named, who gets cited, and what they get wrong about you.

DAYS 8 TO 30

Fix the facts

Every conflicting name, number, category, and hour gets reconciled to one version. Schema goes in. This is where most of the gain comes from.

DAYS 31 TO 60

Publish the answers

The questions buyers actually ask an assistant become pages and sections that answer them outright, with the specifics a model can lift.

DAYS 61 TO 90

Re-run and compare

The same 30 prompts, same wording, same month over month. You see the before and after side by side rather than a claim about it.

Proof

Consistency at a scale that is hard to fake.

The work behind an AI citation is the same work behind a clean entity footprint. Here is that work at size.

Statewide service company, Texas and Nevada

One business, thousands of pages, one set of facts

Matt built and still runs a location program for a statewide service company that now spans metros in two states.

Every page, profile, and directory entry carries the same name, the same number, and the same coverage.

That single-source discipline is exactly what an assistant needs to resolve a business, and it does not survive being done by hand.

2,600Indexed city and metro pages on one domain
5Metros covered, Houston to Las Vegas
1Canonical name, phone, and coverage statement

Anonymized client, multi-year engagement. Past results are not a promise of future results.

Specialty medical group, several Florida cities

First-page coverage across a multi-city practice

A specialty medical group with clinics in several Florida cities came in with each location described differently on every platform it appeared on.

Once the entity data agreed with itself, the location pages started holding first-page positions across those cities. Same underlying fix, different surface.

Page 1Positions held across several city markets
MultiClinic locations reconciled to one profile standard
0Conflicting phone numbers left in circulation

Anonymized client. Figures reflect that engagement and that market.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

How do I show up when people ask ChatGPT or Google AI Overviews about a business like mine?

By being easy to resolve and easy to quote.

A model has to be confident that the business on your site, the one on your profile, and the one in a trade directory are the same business, and then it has to find a sentence it can lift that answers the question.

Most of the work is reconciling facts you already have rather than writing anything new.

What is the difference between local SEO and AI search optimization?

Local SEO is about ranking in a results page. AI search optimization is about being the source an assistant quotes when there is no results page at all.

The underlying work overlaps heavily, which is why our Local SEO retainers include it rather than pricing it as an add on. This page exists for buyers who want to understand that half specifically.

Can anyone actually measure AI visibility, or is that a sales story?

Partly. Assistants do not publish rankings and their answers vary between sessions, so nobody can hand you a clean position number.

What is real: a fixed prompt set run the same way every month, AI Overview appearances in Search Console, and referral traffic from assistant domains.

We report those three and we do not dress them up as more precise than they are.

Do I need this if my Google rankings are already good?

Usually you need less of it than you think, and ranking well already does most of the job. If your entity data is clean and your pages answer questions directly, you are largely there.

We will tell you that during the audit instead of selling you a separate retainer for work your Local SEO plan already covers.

Who actually does the work?

A small human team directing an AI workforce. The agents handle the prompt runs, the entity audits, and the monthly comparison at a volume a three person agency could not otherwise cover.

The human operators direct the work and stay accountable for it. See the team on our About page.
