Accessibility Statement

BrandFamous Marketing & Web Design, a trading name of BrandFamous LLC, wants this website to be usable by everyone, including people who rely on screen readers, screen magnifiers, voice control, or a keyboard alone. Every visitor should be able to learn what we do, read our work, and get in touch without running into a barrier.

Conformance target

We aim for this website to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. We treat that as an ongoing commitment rather than a one time checkbox, and we re-test as pages change.

Measures we take

  • Descriptive alternative text on every image, including the AI-generated portraits on our team pages.
  • One clear heading structure per page, so the outline reads in order.
  • Link text that says where the link goes instead of generic phrases.
  • Full keyboard operation with a visible focus indicator, and a skip to content link at the top of every page.
  • Text and interface contrast checked against the AA thresholds.
  • Forms with visible labels, and error messages that are announced to assistive technology.
  • Motion that respects your reduced motion setting, and no content that flashes.
  • Automated WCAG testing across every page at phone and desktop widths, plus a manual keyboard pass, before each release.

Known limitations

Some pages include illustrative sample interfaces, such as a mock leads inbox or a sample ranking grid. These are labelled as samples and the information they show is also available in the surrounding text. Our cookie preference tool and any embedded map are provided by third parties and follow their own accessibility practices. If any of these are hard to use, contact us and we will provide the information another way.
