Who we are

Three people, one AI team, and a standard we do not move.

BrandFamous is a small agency by design. Matt, Ash and Adam run it. An AI team of 99 agents across 20 departments does the volume work underneath them, and the humans stay accountable for the work.

The humans

Who you actually deal with.

No account manager layer. You talk to the person who owns the work.

Portrait of Matt Faulkner, founder and chief marketing officer of BrandFamous.

Matt Faulkner

Founder & CMO

Fifteen years in the work, starting in 2011 at an SEO agency where he ranked more than 40 businesses himself, then nine years running growth inside corporate marketing, including the campaigns that earned a ClickFunnels Two Comma Club award.

Matt owns strategy, the offer, and the number. If you hire us, he is on the call, not a junior with a script.

Ash Banerjee

Chief Operating Officer

Sixteen years of software and website development across freelance and corporate work.

Ash builds the machine: delivery workflows, the web and tech stack, quality control, and the operating cadence that turns an AI team into shipped work instead of noise.

Nothing goes out the door without passing through his process.

Adam Warren

Director of Growth

Adam built his own landscaping company into a real business, mostly on Meta ads he learned and ran himself.

He is usually the first person you speak to, he runs new business and partnerships, and he will tell you honestly when we are not the right fit rather than sell you something that will not work.

The story

Why this agency exists.

Good businesses lose to worse businesses that market better. That is the whole reason we are here.

  1. 2011

Matt joins a friend's SEO agency and spends six years ranking more than 40 businesses in Google: attorneys, dentists, medical practices, plumbers, pest control, limo and photo booth rentals.

He learns web design, code, hosting and DNS the hard way, by doing it.

  2. 2017

Nine years in the corporate world begin, running SEO, paid search and social ads for employers and learning how a business actually makes money.

  3. 2019

ClickFunnels Two Comma Club, for taking a dental client past seven figures a year on Facebook and Instagram ads.

  4. 2025

BrandFamous LLC founded. Matt hand picks a small senior team instead of hiring a bench of juniors.

  5. NOW

Three operators directing 99 AI agents across 20 departments, headquartered in Irvine and working with clients anywhere the fit is right.

I got into this in 2011 at a friend's SEO company. Six years, more than 40 clients I handled myself: attorneys, dentists, doctors, plumbers, pest control, limo rentals, photo booth rentals, you name it.

I taught myself web design, code, FTP, hosting, DNS, proposals and sales because nobody else was going to do it for me.

Then nine years inside corporate marketing, ranking my employers in Google and growing revenue with paid search and social ads. That is where I learned how a business really works, which is different from knowing how a campaign works.

I started BrandFamous because I love this work and I wanted to help more businesses grow than one employer ever needed. So I hand picked the team.

Ash has 16 years of software and website development across freelance and corporate work. Adam built his own landscaping company into a real business mostly on Meta ads he learned and ran himself, so when he talks to you about growth, he has done it with his own money on the line.

We keep the team small, keep a senior operator on your account, and use AI for the volume so the judgment stays human.

We work with clients anywhere the fit is right, we say no to work we cannot do well, and we would rather lose a deal than promise a result we cannot back up.

What we run on

Three things that do not change.

01

Faith-rooted integrity

Do the work properly when nobody is checking. We take on brands we would recommend to a friend, and we decline the ones we would not. That has cost us revenue and we are keeping the rule.

02

Operator-led execution

A senior operator owns your account start to finish. AI agents handle research, drafting, monitoring and reporting. Strategy and judgment never get handed to a tool, and the work stays human monitored.

03

We tell you what we would not do

Half of good marketing advice is subtraction. If your follow-up is broken, more traffic makes it worse, and we will say so before we take your budget. You get the honest version even when the honest version is smaller.

The AI team

Every department, and the human who directs it.

Most agencies say they use AI. Here is the actual org chart, including who is accountable for each part of it.

Matt sets the strategy, owns the offer and the keyword work, and keeps his hands on the campaigns and the reporting.
