Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 24, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how BrandFamous LLC, a California limited liability company doing business as BrandFamous Marketing & Web Design ("BrandFamous," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and protects personal information when you visit https://brandfamousmarketing.com or contact us.
1. Information we collect
We collect information in a few ways:
- Contact form submissions. When you fill out a form on our site, we collect your name, business name, phone number, email address, the service you are interested in, your city, your message, marketing source information (UTM parameters), and your IP address for spam prevention.
- Phone calls and texts. Calls and texts to our business phone number may be recorded and transcribed. We play a recording notice at the start of calls, as required by California's two-party consent law.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider, Vercel, automatically logs standard technical information, such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, for security and performance purposes.
- Cookies and similar technologies. See our Cookie Policy for details.
2. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiry, provide the services you request, run our business (invoicing, scheduling, and support), improve our website, and, if you asked to hear from us, send you marketing communications.
We do not use your information to make any automated decision that has a legal or similarly significant effect on you.
3. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers who help us run our business, and only as needed to provide our services:
- Vercel - website hosting
- Cloudflare - domain management and spam or bot filtering
- Airtable - our customer relationship and lead management system
- Google Workspace - business email
- Quo - business phone, call recording, and transcription
- Stripe - payment processing, for clients
- Slack - internal team communication
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets, in which case this Privacy Policy would continue to apply to your information.
4. Analytics and advertising
We may use Google Analytics, the Google Ads pixel, and the Meta pixel to understand how visitors use our site and to measure the performance of our ads. These tools may use cookies and similar technologies. When any of these tools is active, a cookie notice on our site lets you control non-essential cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details and your choices.
5. Data retention
We keep lead and contact information for as long as we have an active business relationship with you, and for up to three years after our last contact with you, then we delete it. We may keep information longer if needed to comply with the law, resolve a dispute, or enforce an agreement.
6. Your privacy rights
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we have about you
- Correct information that is wrong
- Delete your information
- Stop sending you marketing communications
To exercise any of these rights, email grow@brandfamousmarketing.com. We respond within 45 days.
7. California residents
BrandFamous is a small business and may fall below the thresholds that trigger the full California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). We honor the rights described in Section 6 for California residents regardless of whether the CCPA's thresholds apply to us. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising today. If that changes once analytics or ad pixels are active, we will update this policy and add a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link and process.
8. Your privacy choices
You can control cookies through your browser settings and, once analytics or advertising pixels are active on our site, through the cookie notice that appears on your first visit. See our Cookie Policy for step-by-step instructions and links to opt out of specific advertising networks.
9. Children's privacy
This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email grow@brandfamousmarketing.com and we will delete it.
10. Email and text messaging
We only send marketing emails to people who asked to hear from us, and every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. We only send marketing text messages to people who opted in, and you can reply STOP at any time to opt out.
11. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including working with vendors that maintain their own security programs (Vercel, Cloudflare, Airtable, Google Workspace, Quo, and Stripe). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when we last made changes. If we make a material change, we will update this page and, when required by law, provide additional notice.
