TikTok ads with a local footprint.

Cheap attention is still available here and most local competitors have not shown up yet. That gap does not stay open forever, and it only pays if the video looks like the feed it lands in.

No obligation. We will tell you honestly if your category is not there yet.

In-feed video

Native to the feed, not a commercial that wandered in.

What is included

Six things, every month.

This channel is a production problem dressed as a media problem. Most of the work below is making video.

Hooks written first

The first two seconds decide everything after them. We write the hook before the script, and we write ten of them.

  • Tiktok ads for local business, scripted around a hook that survives two seconds
  • Opening frames tested against each other on the same body
  • No logo intro, ever, because that is two seconds you cannot spare

Short-form production

Shot on a phone on purpose. A polished commercial gets scrolled past faster than a shaky clip of the actual job.

  • Scripting, direction, and editing from your footage or ours
  • Captions burned in, since most of the feed watches on mute
  • A shoot cadence your crew can sustain without a producer

Spark Ads from organic

A post that already earned attention organically is the cheapest ad you will ever run. Boosting it keeps the social proof attached.

  • Organic posts identified and promoted while still warm
  • Comments left on, because the comments do half the selling
  • Creator partnerships where your category supports them

Targeting kept wide

The delivery system here is better at finding your buyer than any interest list is. Our job is the radius and the creative, not the checkboxes.

  • Radius drawn to your real service area
  • Broad delivery, with creative doing the qualification
  • Retargeting off video view depth rather than clicks alone

Landing and lead capture

A native ad that dumps someone on a corporate homepage breaks the spell. The page has to feel like the video that sent them.

  • Instant forms for speed, landing pages when the offer needs explaining
  • Leads into your CRM with an instant text reply
  • Mobile-only design, since nobody arrives here on a desktop

Measurement that admits the gap

Last click undercounts this channel badly. We report what the platform claims, what your CRM confirms, and what changed in your other channels.

  • Retention and hook rate reported per creative, not per campaign
  • Branded search volume watched as a lift signal
  • A plain statement of what cannot be attributed cleanly

The process

What the first 90 days look like.

The first month is production. Nothing useful happens before there is enough video.

DAYS 1 TO 14

Hooks and a shoot plan

Ten hooks written, three scripts chosen, and a way for your crew to capture clips on a job without it becoming somebody's second job.

DAYS 15 TO 30

First batch, launched together

Nine to twelve pieces live at once. Fewer than that and the platform never gets to pick a winner for you.

DAYS 31 TO 60

Read the retention

Hook rate first, then hold rate, then cost per lead. A video with a great hook and a bad body is a different fix from one with neither.

DAYS 61 TO 90

Iterate on the winner

Build the next batch from what actually held attention, and decide with you whether this channel earns its place next to search.

Proof

The categories where showing the work sells it.

Both results below came from local search and paid social rather than short form. We say which service produced a number instead of letting the page imply it.

Family restaurant group, three Orange County cities

Real footage beat every designed graphic we tried

Three neighboring locations, one account, run on local search and paid social together.

The lesson that transfers straight to short form: photographs and clips of the actual food and the actual family outperformed every polished graphic, and it was not close.

That is the entire argument for filming on a phone.

Automotive specialist, South Orange County

A visual trade that took first position county-wide

A specialist workshop in a highly visual trade, where the before and after is the sales pitch. Matt ran its local search program to first position across the county for its core service.

Categories like this one are exactly where short form has the most room, because the work photographs itself.

#1Position held county-wide for its core service searches

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Do you offer TikTok ads management for local businesses?

Yes, and it is the newest thing on our list. This channel is cheap right now because local competitors have not arrived. That window is real and it is temporary.

We take it on where the work is visual and the buyer is under about fifty, and we say no where neither is true.

Isn't my customer too old for this?

Sometimes, and that is a real reason to skip it.

The audience has aged up a lot, so the answer is less obvious than it was three years ago, but if your buyer is a retired homeowner your budget belongs in search.

We would rather lose this line item than take it and blame the algorithm later.

Do I have to be on camera?

It helps and it is not required. Work footage with captions performs well on its own, and so does a crew member who enjoys it more than you do.

The one thing that does not work is a stock library, because the feed can spot it instantly.

How do you measure it when nobody clicks?

Three ways, none of them perfect. Direct leads through instant forms, which are easy to count. Branded search volume, which usually rises before anything else does.

And asking new customers how they heard about you, which is unfashionable and still the most honest signal available.

How much video do you actually need from me?

About ten minutes of raw clips a week, filmed on a phone during jobs you were doing anyway. We do the rest.

If nobody at your business will do that ten minutes reliably, this channel will not work for you, and knowing that in week one saves everyone a quarter.
